Web of Deceit - Part IV of To Steal A Nation

Web Of Deceit
Part IV of "TO STEAL A NATION"

In as much as Duterte publicly clings to the countries of Asia,  i.e. China, Japan, Vietnam and Indonesia, he has defiantly rejected the established, world, institutions and western governments contending that he is a force, a watchdog, and protector of the Filipino people.

This is the public persona for which he is well known; but silently, perhaps secretly, he has solicited studies, information and advice from the United Nations regarding the domestic quandary namely, the Muslim question in Mindanao..

Publicly, he has become a self-appointed messia and has lead the people to believe that he and he alone can conquer this dilemma through his identification with the Indigenous people and the struggles of the minorities. A dilemma which happens to rival the Israeli / Palestinian conflict in the Gaza strip, in intensity.

As astonishing as this deception is, in addition
we have become aware of the enmeshment of this government with the IMF.
The term “enmeshment” is applicable considering the evidence showing that the Philippines have actually achieved the status of “creditorwith and “supporter of , the International Monetary fund; a particularly dangerous bedfellow.
Although involvement with the IMF  preceded the current administration it's continuation  has tightly woven it into the fabric of the nation..
Who knew that the Philippines was being chopped up like lechon and sold on the world market?

Here is how it hangs together

It may surprise you to know that the Philippines has renewed its commitment to strengthen the global financial safety net with the extension of the $1-billion loan facility with the International Monetary Fund (IMF).

Open Society, the masterful creation of Social Engineer, George Soros, boasts that it held 42+ meetings in 2016-2017 with the European Commission, and has published a book of reliable “friends” in the European Parliament.

The European Parliament is also supported through the efforts of the IMF and is intertwined with the billions of dollars flowing in from private interests. The interest of the European commission and the IMF is primarily the establishment of Open societies around the world.

Its program is to consistently develop global strategy for migration, finance and other social engineering endeavours; which are compatible with international globalists goals .

The strategies of Open Societies are constantly in a state of flux; some reactive to world events others proactive based on projected factors from around the globe. The philosophy of Open societies however, remains constant and unwavering.

How does this effect the Philippines?
The 'global program" is inclusive of the Philippines. The Philippine Islands have a priceless strategic value in terms of geographical proximity to the rest of Asia. A value recognized by not only Europe and the West but also by the world government emanating from the United Nations / EU.

The IMF thrives on chaos and effectively creates such an environment as to degrade the fabric of a nation until it is helpless and then the disabled country ( or nation states as are referred to) will happily accept the assistance and terms offered by the IMF.

The kind of chaos found in the Philippines with the MNLF, Katipunan, Maute,ISIS, BIFF, NPA, Abu Sayyaf groups and a rogue president who has headed the DDS ( Davao Death Squad) as a mayor and who now employs similar methods to solve the problems of this troubled nation; this kind of chaos renders the Philippines exceptionally vulnerable to predators such as the IMF..

The IMF, United Nations lay in wait, to be of service; to snare another piece of Asia. AND......... To Steal A Nation..

In 2011, the Philippines lent over $125 million to the ailing economies in Europe through the IMF, according to the BSP.

Under this mechanism, called Financial Transactions Plan (FTP), the Philippines was classified as a “creditor,” which means its foreign exchange contributions to the fund may be used to provide financial assistance to members..Members of the IMF or World Bank..

The country, through the BSP, decided to extend the loan facility that was first signed in 2013 to support countries going through financial difficulties. “The financial facility was never drawn and the agreement expired in September 2017,”but the Philippines continue to be classified as a creditor and the contribution continues to support the IMF...

Articulated by a spokesperson for the BSP: Bangko Sentral Ng Pilipinas -

As a member of the global community, the BSP shares the responsibility to contribute to the stability of the international monetary system given its sound macroeconomic fundamentals and strong external position.

The government of the Philippines sought an assessment from the United Nations on the question of territories and recommendation for expansion or reduction. A blue print was requested to handle this nation’s internal and most disruptive ,troubling difficulties.

The report that was sent to the Palace has been identified as "Land: Territory, Domain, and Identity", from the World Bank and International Organization for Migration. This ,from the very organizations that this administration has professed to protect us from; namely the International Organization for Migration (IOM) or the Transitional Justice and Reconciliation Commission (TJRC) Divisions of The World Bank

These are the very same organizations that have organized and produced the catastrophe of Europe which is now catastrophic for the world.

The following identifies and clarifies the nature of the IOM or International Organization for Migration.

"IOM is committed to the principle that humane and orderly migration benefits migrants and society. As an intergovernmental organization, IOM acts with its partners in the international community to: assist in meeting the operational challenges of migration; advance understanding of migration issues; encourage social and economic development through migration; and uphold the human dignity and well-being of migrants.

Established in 1951, the International Organization for Migration is the leading intergovernmental organization in the field of migration and is committed to the principle that humane and orderly migration benefits migrants and society. IOM works with its partners in the international community to assist in meeting the growing operational challenges of migration, advance understanding of migration issues, encourage social and economic development through migration and uphold the well-being and human rights of migrants. With 165 member states, a further 10 states holding observer status and in over 100 countries."

"IOM is recognized as the foremost authority on assisted voluntary return and reintegration (AVRR) with nearly 40 years’ experience in this field. Through a network of field offices in over 400 locations worldwide, IOM has the ability to facilitate AVRR programs for all stakeholders. The organization’s local presence and partnerships are vital to ensure that the best services are offered to migrants. IOM is uniquely positioned to coordinate all stages of the return and reintegration process, be it with its own offices or with partners in countries of destination and origin. IOM’s diversified activities in the field (in the areas of emergency, medical assistance, protection etc.) allow for addressing different needs of returning migrants in a comprehensive manner, for instance through the set-up of referral networks of local partners."

"As an intergovernmental organization, IOM is privileged to act in the benefit of the migrants as a trusted interlocutor for countries of origin, transit and destination, reflecting their respective interests in a balanced manner."

ARMM - Autonomous Region of Muslim Mindanao
According to "Land: Territory, Domain, and Identity", a report by the World Bank and International Organization for Migration, succeeding waves of resettlement have "minoritized" Moros and indigenous peoples in Mindanao.”

The report justifies their findings by  further stating that "Moros only made up 22.2 percent and IPs 13.4 percent of the population in Mindanao in 2010. Even in Moro provinces, Moros only make up 29.9 percent of the population while IPs make up 11.1 percent of the population."

The Republic Act No. 6734, also known as Organic Act for the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao was signed into law on August 1, 1989 by President Cory C. Aquino and was ratified in a plebiscite in November 1989. It was composed of the four (4) provinces of Lanao del Sur, Maguindanao, Sulu and Tawi-Tawi.

Only the provinces of Lanao del Sur (except for Marawi City), Maguindanao, Sulu and Tawi-Tawi voted to join the ARMM in a plebiscite that was conducted on November 1989.

Bangsamoro Basic Law BBL

Under the draft BBL, the Bangsamoro core territory comprises the current Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao, the municipalities of Baloi, Munai, Nunungan, Pantar, Tagoloan and Tangkal in the province of Lanao del Norte and all other barangays in the municipalities of Kabacan, Carmen, Aleosan, Pigkawayan, Pikit and Midsayap that voted for inclusion in the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao during the 2001 plebiscite."

However, based on the report from IOM , even with these extensive territories of the Philippines, already conceded to the ARMM , it has, in their opinion, minoritized" Moros and indigenous peoples in Mindanao.”

The expansion of designated areas of ARMM territories in Mindanao will be forthcoming.

The connection between the government and International World Power is strong. The Philippine nation is ,in fact, a member of the world club and its dues are paid to support the IMF; identical to the other 165+ member states around the world.

In the face of the president’s denial and bravado it is clear that we have formed dangerous partnerships that link us to a destiny which will dilute the Filipino people, rather than preserve it's culture, and create a perilous dependence on predatory financial intuitions that cloak themselves in humanitarian velvet.

It becomes an elementary exercise to draw parallels and predict events when one observes the history of migration in Europe and is witness to the level of social disruption that ensued.

Of course, the IOM would support the expansion of ARMM territories and doing so is consistent with their philosophy and practice around the world; Unfailingly under the guise of humanitarianism.

Even in the United States,  the world's foremost super power,  cultural
values have been inverted and minorities now have more protection, voice and status than a now marginalized majority.

It is chaos that the IMF seeks and national chaos is what they create by the funding of activities which perpetuate or exacerbate the difficulty.
Through the shadows of chaos the United Nations and extensions thereof, will incorporate the troubled nation into the fold of protection and so the new order of the world is expanded and another facet of the program is complete.

It has been predicted that another Marawi will occur. It likely will befall us as ISIS continues to infiltrate the shores and access points to the country. As the chaos accelerates, as discontent finds comrades, as government finds a comfort zone in dangerous territory the snare is set : "To Steal A nation."

Author's Note -

IOM was born in 1951 out of the chaos and displacement of Western Europe following the Second World War. It was first known as the Provisional Intergovernmental Committee for the Movement of Migrants from Europe (PICMME). Mandated to help European governments to identify resettlement countries for the estimated 11 million people uprooted by the war, it arranged transport for nearly a million migrants during the 1950s.

The Constitution of the International Organization for Migration was concluded on 19 October 1953 in Venice as the Constitution of the Intergovernmental Committee for European Migration. The Constitution entered into force on 30 November 1954 and the organization was formally born.

The organization underwent a succession of name changes from PICMME to the Intergovernmental Committee for European Migration (ICEM) in 1952, to the Intergovernmental Committee for Migration (ICM) in 1980, and to the International Organization for Migration (IOM) in 1989; these changes reflect the organization's transition over half a century from a logistics agency to a migration agency.
